Q: The installation of the device in my toilet is complicated?

This device is designed and developed to be easily handled and installed inside the toilet by anyone. A user´s manual comes with the product, with clear instructions about how to install, operate and get the data from it.

Q: What additional costs will take the acquisition of the product?

Q: Will I need to hire the services of a plumber to install it?

No plumbing services are needed during the installation. The device is set inside the toilet bowl, in one of the walls, and the mechanism to stick it is included.

Q: Will I need help from some medical assistant during the installation? (for sterilizing the system or another setup...)

No medical assistance is needed during the installation. The device comes sterilized and ready to use, and inside the user´s manual there´s a step by step about how to keep it clean and in right conditions once is used.

Q: Does It works using WIFI or does it need some LAN wiring?

The device is meant to work autonomously, once is installed inside the toilet bowl. It has a Bluetooth connection, which allows it to share all the data to an app (cellphone), and works using WIFI to keep all the information up to date in real time.

Q: Does it need some electrical installation?

The device also comes with a desktop power source (standard outlet connection), which also works as a data collection point. Therefore, as long as the device is set inside the toilet bowl, it´ll operate remotely for a couple of hours before the battery runs out and needs to be plugged into the power source.
